day temperatures range from 42°F in the Arctic region to 66°F in the Interior and Southern regions. The night temperature varies between 33°F at the far north end of
Alaska and 50°F in the Interior and Southern regions. August is known for the
warmest water temperatures of about 57°F.
Take the chance and try out Alaska’s characteristic watersports activities like kayaking, rafting or snorkeling if you can handle it in the cold Alaska waters. If you prefer to be on land you can check out the
